Course description

This capstone course is an advanced level examination of the foundations, organisation and purposes of the private law in Australia. The course seeks to provide students with the opportunity to synthesise, evaluate and reflect upon their prior learning and to develop their research, collaboration and communication skills in preparation for the transition to professional practice and/or post-graduate study.
