Course description
This course involves a study of the theoretical, conceptual & doctrinal foundations of the private law of obligations, structured around the organising principles of consent, wrongs & unjust enrichment. Topics will include the nature of private law obligations; the relationship between obligations; & the relationship between obligations & property.
