Course description
This course introduces students to the histories, theories, institutions, concepts & principles of domestic public law (in particular Australian public law). It provides a foundation for Constitutional Law & Administrative Law. Topics include: the State and public law; the development of the State, public law & the concept of constitutionalism; the sources of public law; the institutions & structures of public law; public law principles.
