Course description

In this course, students will learn how to express hopes, wishes, gratitude, and respect appropriately, as well as how to describe hypothetical situations, regrets, and failures. The course will enhance students' communicative skills across the four macro skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) and develop their linguistic, cultural, and critical thinking competencies at the intermediate level.

JAPN3010 is for students in intermediate level, who have completed JAPN2022 or high school Japanese studies. Students who have completed JAPN31** coded and higher level courses are not eligible to enrol in this course.
