Course description

(Not offered in 2008) Advanced coverage of information environments issues including computer-supported cooperative work, ethnographic studies, social issues & information environments design & development process. Advanced case studies. Further appreciation of professional issues in design, embodied in a problem-based research process, with a focus on the state of the art in information environments research.
