Course description

(Not offered in 2008) Design responses to, and the use of visualisation tools for representing Social and Economic Statistics as well as mapping space, architecture and travel over distances. Visualisation principles and tools. Information visualisation and representation methods and the roles of colour, animation, artefacts and interactive 3D environments.
