Course description
NOT OFFERED IN 2010. Students requiring this course for the Bachelor of Human Services should enrol in BESC3005. An advanced course for human services practitioners in professional methods for engaging with communities and organisations. Aims to prepare students with an appreciation of the context and understanding required to develop collaborative professional relationships based in knowledge of conflict resolution techniques. Includes consideration of community decision-making, community partnerships, community planning and community leadership.
