Course description

This course offers professional development for clinical educators. It introduces major conceptual issues, directions in clinical education and innovative practice. The course extends notions of learning, curriculum, teaching and assessment of student performance, and evaluation of teaching. Through access to rlevant scholarship, critical reflection on current practice, and efforts to monitor practical improvements, the course provides a means for continual improvement od educational practice in clinical settings.
