Course description

This course will equip students to implement personal and organisational systems for maintenance of professional standards and clinical quality imporvement. It will include identifying educational needs, developing a personal learning plan, implementing clinical quality improvement systems and clinical audit. Reflective practice also includes personal and professional balance.
