Course description

Both state and federal governments have identified health care integration as a strategic priority for the period 2000-2005. This course deals with the growing movement to integrate health care delivery at local, state and national level, and provides practical applications for clinicians and managers. The "3Cs" model of health care integration, which has provided the foundation for numerous successful integration activities, recognised both at state level and nationally, provides the framework.
