Course description
The course aims to provide students with the professional theories and practical skills required to conduct gender research, particularly highlighting those required to support social research in Western countries, across cultures, and within the context of rapid global change. The course includes in-depth discussion of methodologies and strategies for cross-cultural research, including those informed by feminist perspectives and some of the current debates and controversies in relation to gender research across various disciplines within international frames.
