Course description
This course covers commodity food science related to plant products & agricultural science topics. Students may specialise in either area. Commodity food science topics cover the science & technology of plant products after harvest. Commodities include grains, fruits & vegetables and derived products such as wine, beer, tea & coffee. Study will concentrate on one or two of these commodities. The agricultural topics will be determined in consultation with the Coordinator.
