Course description

Principles of entrepreneurship and innovation in the context of the food industry. Creativity and idea generation (the sources of innovation); Commercialisation strategies (the strategies of innovation); Resourcing and managing innovation as a source of competitiveness in the food industry (the execution of innovation).
