Course description
Principles and guidelines to develop, deliver and evaluate exercise and physical activity programs for individuals and groups. Focuses on developing safe and effective prescriptions for healthy individuals. Includes practical skills in exercise leadership and prescription and an introduction to musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
