Course description
Principles and practice of technical skills needed by the exercise scientist. Includes developing competencies in assessment of anthropometry, cardiorespiratory health & fitness, muscular strength & endurance, data analysis, functional testing, dietary analysis, maximal power testing and anaerobic tests central to professional practice in health, fitness and sports settings.
