Course description
Arrangements of the Australian regulatory system, the application and implications of Australian and Queensland environmental and planning regulation, constitutional perspectives, regulatory regimes relevant to pollution control, wildlife conservation & biodiversity protection, land development, statutory planning procedures, controls under planning schemes, non-conforming uses, appeals and rights, environmental impact assessment, non-indigenous and indigenous cultural heritage, environmental alternative dispute resolution.
