Course description
(no longer offered)This course aims to introduce the principles of project management and how this is applied to carbon management. Students will gain an understanding of the core functions of project management, including cost, time, quality, risk, scope, communications, human resources procurement and project life cycle integration in line with the Australian Competency Standards for Project Management. Students will work on a practical group project based on their chosen specialization topic.
