Course description
This course examines the challenges associated with planning and resource allocation in schools and other organisations and the complex and challenging operational contexts within which these processes take place. Contemporary approaches including the balanced scorecard and the triple bottom line are considered, along with strategic planning and accountability processes. This course may not be offered internally if the enrolment is less than 10 students.
