Course description

This course will only be offered externally in semester 1 2015. This course will examine pedagogical approaches to Middle Years of Schooling (MYS) encompassing considerations of influences for pedagogical design that may be peculiar to young adolescents & to signature features of MYS teaching & learning contexts. Pedagogical design issues will be explored alongside contemporary curriculum theories & trends in authentic assessment. This course may not be offered if the enrolment is less than 10 students.
