Course description
The course develops a framework for analysis of the economy-wide effects of proposed public & private projects. A case study is undertaken in which basic concepts of microeconomic theory are applied within a spreadsheet framework to produce a benefit-cost analysis of a professional standard. A knowledge of basic spreadsheet skills are required.
