Course description
Asset and housing bubbles, exchange rate targeting and currency crisis, forecasting RBA official cash rate, inflation and deflation, foreign exchange market intervention, term structure of interest rates and economic forecasting, the demand for money, money supply and central banking, inflation targeting, monetary policy transmission mechanisms, central bank independence.
