Course description
Wicked problems are ones that are complex and challenging with no specific or simple aetiology, usually require change at across various systems Examples of wicked problems in nutrition, are obesity and malnutrition or how we can deliver a sustainable and equitable food supply. This course will challenge you to develop new ways of examining these wicked problems. In doing so, you will gain an in-depth understanding of creative processes arising from other disciplines such as user cantered design and apply these methods to nutrition related challenges.
