Course description
Medical Nutrition Therapy is one of the three domains of dietetics. This course provides foundation studies in MNT which supports the professional practice. It commences with the nutrition care process, nutrition screening and assessment and the management of accutely ill patients. The course builds on a strong background in biochemistry, physiology and nutrition science, applying therapies to assist those with a variety of acute conditions.
