Course description
This course builds on the content and skills taught in Negotiation. Dealing with complex and multi-party negotiations, and also negotiations with difficult people or about difficult issues, this course is centred on skills acquisition through practical exercises and is supplemented by conflict resolution theory and empirical studies.
