Course description
Research and project planning skills are highly valued by employers and are widely used in academic, government and non-governmental agencies, private companies and community organisations. This course aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of theory and research methods developed in other degree courses through an applied group research project in the field of crime and justice. Students will develop their research skills in response to current issues and build confidence in delivering impactful outputs that are valued by industry. Students become skilled in project planning, team work, and industry liaison. This course is only available to BCCJ students and is recommended to be completed in the final year of study.
