Course description

This course examines major issues in contemporary Australian criminology, & the challenges associated with criminological theory & public policy. Topics include media & crime, victims of crime, family violence, illicit drugs & white collar crime. The major explanations of crime & critical race & feminist challenges to criminology are considered.
