Course description
Not offered 2010 This course considers approaches to conflict and crisis in the context of communities of practice. Students examine techniques for the resolution of conflict in the professional, organisational or community context, and develop practical skills in the management and resolution of conflict and crisis. The course provides students with an environment in which to safely examine approaches to conflict and to develop skills in its management in the context of community.
