Course description

This course is one of the core courses in the Bachelor of Communication degree program. It will introduce you to the skills of active listening and expression and conflict resolution through communication. It will cover cross- and inter-cultural communication, health communication and deception. It is designed to give you a basic working competence in communication skills and an understanding of their appropriate use in interpersonal and organisational contexts.
