Course description
This course is designed to enhance students' English & Chinese languages proficiency, extend their command of vocabulary in more advanced elements of syntax, heighten their awareness of idiomatic & dialectal usage, improve their understanding of different styles of expression, & develop an understanding of linguistics, in order to improve students' ability in translation & interpreting practice. Ability to express in grammatically & syntactically correct English & Chinese will be emphasised.
