(Replaced by CHEE4060 which will run for the first time in semester 1, 2013.) Introduction to biomaterials science, artificial organs, prosthetic devices, regulatory testing & evaluation of new biomaterials. Polymeric, ceramic, metallic & composite biomaterials.
