Course description
This course considers how we analyse data to improve, manage and innovate customer experience. We evaluate how data can enable leaders to ask the right questions and we consider how to present complex results from internally and externally driven data. This course reflects on how we capture, manage and analyse data from technical and ethical perspectives as we identify how to maximise data driven opportunities in our organisation.
