Course description

This course builds upon prior studies in Biomechanics. The course will apply the principles of biomechanics to the assessment and optimisation of sporting skill and sports performance. The course is designed to give extensive training in laboratory-based skills and in the interpretation of laboratory-based and research findings. Particular focus will be around present-day issues in sport biomechanics. A range of sports and performance will be selected as case studies. This course is available to Study Abroad/Exchange students.
