Course description
The course will investigate the full breadth of experimental paradigms for genetic analysis through a structured series of lectures with a focus on the primary research literature. Practical experience in genetics research will be provided through a suite of extended, semi-independent research projects. Results will be shared among course participants in a scientific symposium format. Formal research reports will be submitted for peer-review & marking. Results of high quality will be considered for submission to relevant research databases.
