Course description
BIOC2222 Biochemistry and Molecular Biology for Dentists provides Dentistry students with an introduction to important concepts in Genetics, Biological Chemistry especially protein structure and function, and Metabolism that are of particular relevance to future Dentists. It builds on the concepts learned in first year chemistry and apply new concepts to health problems encountered in dental practice.
