Course description
This course guides students through the preparation of a comprehensive design report as the culmination of an architectural design project. The report covers design precedents, processes and outcomes; compliance with the client brief, local authority planning and building codes; environmentally sustainable design strategies; and an understanding of care for Country. Architectural project management is also addressed including: team structure, resourcing, design and construction costs and programming, and the selection of a procurement process.
