Course description
Study of western housing & settlement patterns from 19th century to present, with particular reference to Australian cities & suburbs & their contemporary problems. Emphasis on architectural & design ideas, the psychological effects of environments, social & environmental concerns, & community involvement in shaping housing & neighbourhoods.
