Course description
Effective communication strategies for a range of professional situations, research applications of legislation relevant to the animal industries; examination & evaluation of ethical standards. Identification of industry & professional organisations & evaluation of their roles. Management of the day to day operations of a business including the management of human resources and marketing strategies are also examined.
