Course description

A survey of buildings and objects from the Greek world by visual means and from descriptions in the literary sources; development of skills in artistic and aesthetic appreciation; analysis and reasoning from ancient evidence; critical assessment of modern scholarly views; development of critical appreciation of ancient civilisations; development of oral and written communication skills.
