Course description
This course provides a broad overview of human functional anatomy as it applies to the work setting. Topics covered include basic biomechanics (kinematics, kinetics; force, work & power; torque; moments); tissue biomechanics and injury mechanisms; functional anatomy of the joints and neuromotor control in relation to human motion (e.g. walking), posture and activity in a work environment.
