Course description
Building on Food & Fibre Case Studies I, it addresses strategic issues in food & fibre firms & organisations downstream of the farm gate, such as processors, transporters, wholesalers & retailers - the value-adding sector of agribusiness. Students address & report on contemporary issues through a series of case studies involving interviews with managers & their supply chain partners. This is the second level of three courses that constitute the educational spine of the Agribusiness degree program.
